5D/1 giving probs

Hi all;

Over the past week or so my Canon 5D Mk1 has been slightly playing up, I attach a sample photo of what's happening, this has only started to happen recently, quite annoying.

Any ideas of what's going wrong or how to fix it please?

Have you tried a different memory card? What about switching to RAW?

It says F0 in the exif, could it be a problem here? And focal length is 0mm lol

Do you get this at all shutter speeds - try v-slow to v-fast?

I was using a Samyang 35mm manual focus lens, so no info etc...(?). I was shooting at expanded high iso this morning, shutter speeds flashing up over 8,000 of a second, might that have something to do with it I wonder..? And had set camera for bursts of three mode just for info.
