I'm after an ec-b focus screen for my MkIII. The years have passed and my eyes are not what they used to be. I've got the diopter on max but when using AF the camera says it is in focus but not according to my eyes. Having looked at my shots I think the AF has lied a little so I thought a different focus screen would help. I know there is a guy in Hong Kong who modifies focus screens from a 1D MkIV to fit the 5D MkIII but I've lost the link. Can anybody help?

Done that - I should have been more specific. I'm trying to shoot little brown birdies in the bushes and consequently the AF has a hard time trying to pinpoint exactly the spot I want. Coupled with narrow DOF I don't get many keepers so I need to manual focus. The sparkly focus screen will tell me when I've nailed the subject, the current screen tells me nothing as I can't replace the diopter.

you can get add on diopters i think, or magnifiers
or buy a sony...
 
No diopters yet for the MkIII, magnifiers too big, my big white doesn't fit on a sony - but thanks for the suggestions.
