Scratched mine, need to replace it, apparently you cant take it out, no idea why. I phoned canon service center, they didnt know how much it would cost or how long it would take or that it couldnt be removed by the user, they didnt seem to know what was going on.
Anyone know what to do about this, i know its a long shot as if canon dont know then why would anyone but thought i would try.
