5d mirror fix

Just realised my 5d hasn't had the mirror fix. What's the best way to go about getting this done. Do canon pay the shipping. I'm not really near any places to drop it in.

They certainly used to cover shipping (they arranged collection).

Mine fell off last year after about 4 years of use. They collected and returned free of charge. From first contact to back in my hands repaired was something like 4 or 5 days. I'm not sure if they'll do it unless it has actually detached? Or maybe they will.
