5d MKIII Picture Style Settings

I recently bought a 5D Mk3 and I have to be honest and say that I'm a tad disappointed with the fleshtones it produces. Flesh tones look a little bit yellow in the mid tones, with tiny hint of green in the shadow areas. Obviously I am keen to sort this out and I would be interested to know if the cameras picture styles work when you shoot in RAW (which I shoot in), or do they only work when you shoot in jpg?

I have to ask first... are you looking at your shots on a calibrated screen?

(I expect so... but worth asking all the same!)

Yes I am using a calibrated monitor.

I've owned all previous 5d models and I generally found the mk1 the best for flesh tones. The Mk2 was OK, but often flesh tones were a little bit red in appearance.
