5D MKIII suddenly missing focus often with different lenses

You may have noticed my thread about FoCal on here as I noticed my 5D MKIII which had been spot on previous was suddenly missing focus on a pre-wedding shoot. I have since calibrated all my lenses but noticed again today on a shoot and using 2 different lenses it was missing focus a lot! Anyone heard of this happening? I'm concerned something's gone amiss with the camera and with 2 weddings coming up this weekend it's stressing me out.

I'm going to do some tests tomorrow vs my other 5D MKIII and see if they match up or if this one has developed a fault but in the mean time wondered if anyone knew what might be causing this issue?
 
Not had it, but then I'd say 95% of what I do with mine is in manual focus, to be honest it sounds like it needs to go off to canon for a service as clearly something has gone wrong with it, you can always hire a body to ensure that you have to body's for up coming jobs, maybe CPS will provide a spare body, I don't know?
 
Some as simple as a spec of dust or fluff sitting on one of the AF sensors or sub mirror? Have a good blast around the bottom of the mirror chamber with a rocket blower.
