5D3: which AF mode?

Anyone care to offer advice on which AF mode would be best for BiF and penguins/seals in the sea from a moving ship?

It may well be pitching and rolling and the wind will probably be gusting quite strongly! Great fun, though.

AI Servo AF set up for Case 2 or Case 3 depending on the relative speed and how you track.

I use Case 2 for BIF and wildlife most of the time, although I have tried all the others, and seem to get more keepers from Case 2 than any others. Almost always in AI Servo as well and I use back button focussing all the time too. For BIF I usually use spot focussing in a group of 9 points and single spot for most other things.
