5Dmkiii users, what SD card do you use?

Look for backup in the SD card slot, will be storing jpeg, what do you recommend?

Currently I have over 100G of CF cards all sandisk extreme, do I need the same transfer rate for SD shooting jpeg into it?

I got some SanDisk Ultra UHS-I 32GB SDHC from Play.com for £25 each for use in second slots for backup, they seem to work well, I shoot Raw only, backed up to the second card.
