600ex RT serial number

Can some one tell me where to find this. I just had my cashback claim rejected as they said I provided the wrong number and sent a picture showing where it should be but it isn't there on my flash. They said it should start with a letter and have 5 numbers after it.

My 600EX-RT's have 10 digit serial numbers (all numeric) and they were accepted when I registered them with Canon (not for cashback). The number is on the compliance sticker on the back of the head.

I bought it from jessops. I've managed to establish the picture they sent me was of a 580ex flash and not the 600 ex. I'm also confident that serial number I submitted was correct now (10 digit numerical) and they are wronf when they say it should be one letter and 5digits but they have still rejected the claim. I guess I will just need to contact them again. I don't want to resubmit it as a separate claim as it was bought with something else which qualifies for the extra £25 discount.
