I ordered one yesterday for mucking around with video - it should arrive in a few days so I'll let you know!
 
A bold claim indeed.

I can't see it myself. At that price (or even the RRP) it won't be made to the highest quality.

May be worth trying at the price but I think my money would be better spend on another SD card.:)

Why do people spend hundreds (or thousands) of pounds on good lenses and want to put cheap glass in front of them? :shrug:

:thinking: I haven't a clue - but I spent just under £5k on camera gear and went an stuck a novice behind itl..... Me!!! :$ :lol:

Indeed it just doesn't seem that it'll be much cop at £17 odd!

The only filter you'll ever need. As long as you need a cheap ND from this to this many stops!
 
might be ok for video on a bright day.

1. You've just spent ever penny on the new lens
2. You're afraid to scratch/damage the lens
3. uh well no excuse really - but I've done it on the tokina 11-16...

I know I shouldn't but even the lower hoyas aren't cheap from jessops lol - haven't bought a filter in a while although I did enjoy the nd8 ages ago. Might get another soon.
 
its definately a good idea but cant see it being as good as it claims? you never know, once a couple of people have 'road tested' it we might all be buying one lol
