After some help advice regarding Tamron 70/300 zoom lens.
When using lens it feels very tight/jerky is there anyway to make this smooth.
The auto focus works well it is the zoom that feels as though inner part is hold outer thereby not allowing smooth operation perhaps replacement is the only way?
I should say that it was purchased secondhand as part of a kit which had little or no use.
