7d has the 50/60fps overcranking mode
5d2 has been brought up to speed with the new firmware, but doesn't have 50/60fps. Full frame though. Depends what you shoot, among other things. Either will be a good choice. 7D gives you more cash to spend on the grip to support it properly...
