8x7 bottletop for lastolite Hilite, who sells them ?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a 8x7 bottle-top for the largest Hi lite size, it appears Lastolite don't sell one and only go up to 7x6 which i find a bit bloody annoying, as why make 3 different size Hi-lites and then only provide two sizes of bottle-tops :shrug: if anyone knows of another manufacturer that sell them i would be grateful to know who they are, many thanks

i believe they only make them for the 2 smaller ones.
just by some muslin clothes(or paper). and chuck it over the top
