Not really ... the guy us only using a paper roll and some modelling lamps found in all flash kits. Yes, he had a big 6ft lay but he used regular floodlights.

Key here is - good lighting. Of course, a good model with floorless hair and makeup works too!

It's work lights through modifiers, the lights are about £20 from screwfix
