A couple of dog photos

Nice shots but I wonder in the first two if getting lower and closer would help. The third one is good but you have given yourself a difficult exposure with the light behind Maggie meaning that you are going from pure white to black. Perhaps moving yourself or the dog so the light source is not in the picture would a produce a photo with less contrast.
