A couple of Fungi

Took these two in the woods recently..... 1st one is i think , a Stagshorn.... watched it grow slowly over several weeks, waited to see if it got any bigger... then someone dug it up !... luckily i had already taken a shot.
No idea what the second one is....

Nice shots of the fungi, well captured. The first could maybe have done with a little more DoF?
