my usual combination is a 36mm kenko tube with the siggy. the pair work well together, the size of bugs we normally encounter just fill the frame nicely.
adding more of the tubes get yopu closer but the lighting drops off, and twin lights are way too expensive to justify spending just for a few bugs. (or so her indoors tell me )
