I have a couple of days off to play so got out in the garden and took a few shots of the insects that were out, not many at all.

Damn, some good shots appearing in the macro section lately so you've more than my tail to step on John ;)

nice shots yet again Alby (y)
tell me, whats the bugging like in winter? seems I missed summer

Dave all the insects seem to be smaller, and springtails are the main critters about although on warmer day you might see the odd hoverfly. Damn summer has been like winter this year anyway

Great shots mate, where can i get a lens like yours if it can tell the sex of a mozzy lol.

You have been a busy boy Alby!
That male Mozzie (#4) is a cracker (y)

Weird stuff.... but stunning shots (y) they all get my vote
