The problem in #1 and #2 is that you're using far too slow a shutter speed to freeze the motion--you'll probably need 1/500s or so, although you might get away with 1/320s or something similar. If you can't get those shutter speeds from available light, then you can use flash to freeze the motion like you did in #4--although you'll want to use rear curtain sync so that any ghosting looks natural.
The problem with #3 is that the camera has focused on the tree in the background, and not on the bike as you presumably wanted.
