A few from Bempton Nature Reserve

Nice finds David focus seems a little off on the first 3 but bang on the weevil though you are showing the butterfly beautiful wings off :D

Sadly I think you are right - the first three were not co-operative, normally I don't see many butterflies so I was just pleased to see.
 
nice pics :) i only ever seem to take bird pics at bempton
even though my god daughter and 2 step grand daughters helped re-build the bug hotel etc.
