A few from my new F5

Very nice, loving the first one.

#1 - good use of rule of thirds, and a smashing bit of contre-jour shooting (y) Particularly like the way the clouds have come out with a rim-lit effect. Nice leading line of the Wall, running into the repeated cranes. Even like the flare/starburst effect on the sun. I might be tempted to give it a little bit of dodging to the pavement side of the embankment wall, just to get a little bit of detail into the pavement. :shrug: Other than that, i'd be happy, and it'd be on the wall, had I shot it!

#2 - Well observed and nicely executed narrow DOF effect shot, technically good, but probably suffering from comparison to shot #1.

Overall though, a nice couple of shots, and certainly show you're getting to grips with the new F5 :)
 
Thanks for the comments. I must admit I hadn't noticed the cranes when I took the shot but once I scanned it in and saw them I do like the way they give another element of interest to the picture. Thanks again.
