No1. Something not quite right about this one tbh. I think it could do with including a bit more of the bottom, where the seeds join on to the flower. Not a bad shot though. What does it look like in colour?
No2. Don't like this one im afraid. The background colour is too strong and distracting. The main problem with this one though is the lighting. Did you use a direct flash?
No3. This is my favourite. Nice pic and nice composition. If I was to be critical again though, id have used a wider aperture to get the the front more into focus as well. Id also remove the seed head near the top that has fallen over. Other than that, good shooting.

Narrower (smaller) aperture please.
Pretty much agree though, I think the DOF needs to be either further forward, or narrower but more central, with the near and far seeds equally oof.
I quite like No2. Desaturate the bg a bit perhaps?
