A few more from today, something wrong??

Below are the 800x600 images from Flickr. They just don't seem sharp to me?? but if I look at my flickr site and also the origanal they look alot sharper??

Any idea's please, am i doing something wrong??? (flickr link at bottom of page).

The problem is you are taking an image which is 500pixels on the long side and then blowing it up to 800 to post on here :shrug: If you go to your image on flickr and view it on the largest size, you get exactly the same effect.

It is a shame that they have lost detail and sharpness in the readjustment from flickr, as they look nice and sharp set there.

One thing that you might be able to do to make the pictures more natural is hide the seed in the tree bark on the last images so that it can not be seen from the camera angle. They will pull it out all over the place so it is a constant battle but it can be worth it

the best thing to do is to size them to 800 on the longest side and post them on flickr at that size and then when you post them on here they will have the same detail and sharpness that they have on flickr
