Colour one for me (even if it is just for the eyes and that little bit of a smile).

I'd normally use a curves adjustment layer set to 'Screen' mode, fill the mask with black and paint white over the whites of the eyes, then adjust the opacity of the layer to fine-tune it. It offers more adjustability (if that's even a real word) than the dodge tool, IMO.
 
Hi, I agree with the last shot, more definition, would also have been better to get the full face in view but just my opinion, perhaps a little photoshop on the forehead.
