Sold my first 5 images to a business today and have anothe 3 orders,over the moon and never thought it possible when I took up photography just over a year ago.

Congrats Roy, how did you come to sell the images?

Did you approach the business or did they come to you?

They came to me Mark.I've been taking photos of my home town and posted them on various local sites and then got messages from companies,also I've posted them on our evening newspapers Facebook page.I know my photos have got better but I never thought I'd sell any.

Well done, must be a real confidence boost! Just make sure you charge a decent amount & find out exactly what they are using them for. Pricing work is a minefield, just don't get ripped off in the excitement of being in demand
