For me the stand out shot is that last one in the first post. I like that very much.

For all of them... Very well done you

Good set ... not sure about #3, it's a bit 'vague' but 2, 7 & 8 are the stand-outs for me.

That is by design....

I am not a fan of deep blacks and high contrast/gritty/chunky looking images with stretched beyond recognition histograms. Blocked blacks mean a goofed exposure, with wonderful modern cameras and excellent dynamic range, you can avoid this for the most part.

Some are also misty scenes - so there is 0 chance of 0,0,0 pixels being in that.
