Lovely coloured rose John, not sure what settings camera was on iso, flash etc 
i would think a smaller aperature F8 or so would give you more detail and improve the focusing, not so close range would also imo help with sharpness etc. But still nice colourfull photo m8

Thanks guys. I've checked the data on the image and it was f3.2 @ ISO200 fl=11mm (super macro mode). Not sure how that equates as the full zoom is 63mm, but is equiv to 380mm on 35mm format. I'll have a play with aperture priority and see how it goes. Manual focus on this camera is a total non starter as it uses the up and down menu keys with the LCD display. F8 is also the highest F number this camera goes to. Not sure why my sig didn't display on the first post, the camera is a Konica Minolta Z2.
