yep you guessed it a rose, the gardeners amongst you will note the black spot

Apart from the dandelion trend, which I can't join as my wife has eradicated them all from the garden, there is also the trend to shoot flowers with a black background. I prefer flowers to be in gardens when I photograph them, so carry on with the black spot et al. It's good for me. I prefer the second one.

Nice Roses Alxxx, I don't mind black backgrounds but it does give them a studio feel which isn't to the naturalist tastes I guess. Lovely colour on these BTW
