A slice of reality

I went down and had a few go's at this last year, a bit grim treading through all the sludge and muck down there - but it's a good angle on Canary Wharf, it's an old sand dredger that's been sliced in half and preserved, the sculpture is called "A slice of reality" you can find it on the end of the O2 peninsular,

Very interesting photo it is like a multiple scene, the boat, the building, the lights on the mud and then the hole in the boat to finish. I really like it.

It's certainly an unusual viewpoint, but I like the idea of it and your timing of the photo. It really shows up the building lights, but also includes the pinkish tinge to the grey clouds, so well worth getting dirty/wet for.

Was it a deliberate decision to wait for the lights on the Pan Peninsular tower were quite pink?
