Hi Alf. I much prefer the colours, clarity and movement of the second shot. Love the way you've caught the waves breaking on the rocks just at the right moment. My only criticism would be that I find the water splashes above the horizon a bit messy and distracting - I thought it was a flock of birds in the distance at first glance, but maybe that's just me.

What a fun set. Great colours. The 1st type of image is ok. but needs a longer exposure for the milky water look. Its neither a long exp or a short one but one merely to get the required light in, and not do anything creative with it other than capture a great scene.

The second is well and truly a class above, we rarely get to see short exp in low light, and you've pulled off something great
