Isn't there an Internet rules where if you're using CAPS LOCK, it is a bit like shouting?

Anyway, you can get them from any stationary shops, usually the bigger superstore and chain store the better, try shops like WH Smith or Staples or similar shops.

Or try going on the Internet, I'm sure Amazon may sell some, god knows what they sell nowadays.
