This is a very local road to me. Went up there this morning at about 8am so it was nice and quiet. Took a number of snaps but this one is my favorite. Its been cropped, sharpened and ive had a fiddle with the contrast. Advice and criticism is most welcome.

I like the way you have caught the shape of the road and contour of the land, however, it would look better with a more exciting car and pehaps going up hill.A Mk1 Escort going sideways would be nice! A little bit more detail in the sky would also help.

If i could afford to keep my mk2 i would of done it in that but a zetec s will have to do for now.
 
I'd prefer a Mk2 personally. Don't reckon much to those Fiesta's.

I'm sorry guys but I am going to go against the general opinion so far. I would like to see it without a car of any sort, giving the view a lonely and desterted look. But... if you did, it would be in landscapes and not transport :D Oh well, back to the drawing board ;)

Thats a good idea. Its local enough for me to go every day. I shall try that Trev. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
I like the idea, but I would have prefered to see the car postioned so that it was not obscured by the posts, and also looked to take the posts out in PP, but it is a great idea, I would love to have a go at light trails there but suspect that there could be hours between cars :D

i did wonder if the car was moving wether they were going to make that line, or wether shots of a car crash were going to follow! Its a great shot, but as above, perhaps a picture without a car, or with a moving car in blur?
