AA and AAA battery charger

Looking for a replacement for a Ansmann Photocam 3, which died after 6 months and I can't find the receipt :bonk:
Can anybody recommend something that holds 8 AA's? What are you guys using?

Can't help with a charger that takes eight batteries but the best charger I've used is a Technoline BL700.

I've also heard good things about the Maha C9000, but don't know it myself.

I would echo this, it's a great charger and really looks after the batteries. I have two of them for charging 8 batteries at a time

I can't believe how hard it is to find an 8 battery charger.

Those are rebadged La Crosse Technology chargers. Go under many names such as technoline, accucell, etc. Maha are actually much better chargers but the La Crosse is okay... it doesn't hold 8 though. Maha makes an 8 cell charger.

I've been using a Maha MH-C801D for a few years now, can't fault it, top quality.

i went with the BL 700 as well great charger well worth the money.

BL700 and MCH9000 here... The Maha is probably a bit better charger but the user interface in the BL700 is much better.
