Just ordered a used lens from SRS and then found it 20% cheaper on MPB. I hadn't realised MPB were doing CSC stuff now.

Surely you could just cancel the order from SRS before it's dispatched and then order the cheaper one from MPB?

Ditto. You can return the one from SRS under the distance selling rules too. So you may lose out on the shipping costs but it sounds like it might be worth it.

Apologies - it was a Lumix m4/3 14-140mm. Was £429 from SRS but £349 from MPB.

Fair play to SRS though - they replied to my email almost immediately and without fuss. They seem to treat their obligations under DSR seriously - which is more than you can say about other companies (I'm looking at you, Orange).
