I have spent hours and hours editing pictures from a friend's wedding at the weekend, saved them all to a disc for them, uploaded them to Photobox (which took about 7 hours!) for their friends and family to see them ... and now I have checked the photos on a different computer and they are all too dark!!! The settings on my laptop are obviously awry. SO now I have to go through them all again ... I can't believe I have spent all that time for nothing!!

How do you know the "other computer" isn't the one with wrong settngs?
Are the histograms correct? If so, the pic's are fine.

I checked on two other computers and they were dark on both of those ... and to be perfectly honest I am a real beginner when it comes to editing pics and I wouldn't know what I was looking for if I did check the histogram. What's that expression ... a little knowledge is a dangerous thing?
