aaarrrgh SD card holder broke D90

When i try and click my SD card in my D90 it doesnt click into place it keeps springing out. THe door is fine, but the actual springy bit isnt!!

Im going on holiday at the end of April what can i do?!?!?!?
 
Send it in to Nikon for repair, or your nearest official service company.
 
Thanks ill get in contact with Nikon. My heart just stopped momentarily.
 
Ouch, just what you don't need about a month before your holiday. On the upside, I read earlier on another forum that it was going to cost around £500 to get a USB connecter replaced on a Canon and that's not a critical repair live the card holder.

Did you get that broken down into parts & labour? I ask because if the part is £120... you aren't going to see it much cheaper elsewhere... and we're probably talking about a mainboard swap.
 
Yeah after I checked all my insurance policies. I found out the part is £100 . So seems fair
