AD200 - fresnel lens or bare-bulb & reflector?

For my tabletop photography I currently use three TT685s at the corners of a roughly 30" square baseboard with the light bouncing off a fairly low matt white ceiling to give a nice shadowless light on the baseboard.

I've just got an AD200 to try out and was wondering whether I should use the fresnel lens head or the bare-bulb head with the AD-S2 standard reflector to replace one of the TT685s. Having the option of bare-bulb is new to me so a little guidance in what to expect would be appreciated. I was tempted to jump straight in with two AD200s to replace all three TT685s but I thought I'd be sensible (for a change) and start with just the one.

Bare bulb, that's what it is meant for.

One AD is the equivalent + of 3 685s.

I have both :)

Thanks, Ken. I'll do some tests once I finish building my new PC. I really need another room to use as a studio as having to clear the dining-room table for meals is a PITA. ;)
There are shots mounting up on my story board so I'll have plenty to do.

I was using an AD200 outdoors at night for some fire photography a few weeks ago. Had to turn it down to 1/128 as opposed to 1/16 to 1/8 for the 685.
I'd try bouncing the light off the ceiling with the fresnel first.
