Adaptor ??

I'd imagine that there are all sorts of problems.
The first could be that EF-S is APS-C and a 35mm film camera isn't so the lens (being APS-C) may not cover the whole of the film.
Secondly EF-S protrudes a little further into the body so you could stand the chance of the mirror hitting the lens.
I've seen write ups and also Youtube clips showing you how to modify an EF-S lens to fit so if you really want to do this I suggest you Google your way to the instructions but if I had a 35mm film Canon I'd use EF lenses on it.

Personally, I'm not sure it would be worth the cost / what you'd loose / compromise with the adapter (thats if you can find one)...

No adapter is possible since the mount is the same and has the same register. Anything in between the lens and camera will cause focusing issues with the lenses e.g. loss of infinity focus.
In the main aps-c lenses on ff (film of digital) will give black edges and corners to images, that's if you can physically mount them in the first place.
In summary, don't do it!
