Adobe and Harmony Os next

Yes
There seems to be a serious disconnect in communications between Adobe and harmony OS next.

Adobe is very interested in maintaining the Chinese market as it is so large and important to them.
However it is reported that Huawei are not answering their calls in regard to porting their applications to Harmony.
Harmony is the only operating system that runs natively across all their platforms, phones tablets PCs and the whole internet of things..
This is something that Windows apple andAndroid cannot do.

This will inevitably become something that w,e in the West will want to partake of, however politically difficult that might be.
More and more people everywhere are becoming disillusioned with Windows and taking every opportunity to move to other platforms.
A fully functional integrated harmony OS system would seem to be an optimal solution to do just that.
I am of course aware that Americans in particular are growing a congenital fear of all things Chinese. Fortunately the USA makes up only a small proportion of the world's population. And are rapidly losing their lead in many technologies.
The task of porting entirely to harmony would seem daunting in the extreme, as adobe's programs have grown like topsy with only a cursory attempt at integration. Whereas Harmony 's whole reason for being is based on seamless integration. For photography that could be from camera capture firmware to final output

I am sure that Adobe will eventually be ported, however I can't see it happening anytime soon.
In the meantime it would be hard to believe that some Chinese developers are not working hard to replace them entirely with a fully integrated suite of programs.
Especially and since officially China is banning and moving away from Windows entirely. However as yet that cannot be said for Apple.

Honestly, I would absolutely not want an os across all my devices that was controlled and managed solely out of China. I'm not anti-Chinese, but the security and privacy implications do bear thinking about very hard indeed, and also the possibility of controlling access and data once a major share of the global market was acquired. Europe needs to develop independence from US based IT systems, but this could be so much worse.

A quick question by the way - is your post at least partially AI generated (or copied from somewhere else)?

Not a word of it though I did once hunt for information about Photoshop availability on Linux and harmony os to see what was on the cards.

I can not imagine any organisation knowing more about me than Google does, this means that the US government knows to.
I doubt very much that china has any interest in me at all. But just about any government has access to pretty much anything that they want.

All countries spy on each other and collect data. This is so much easier for them now with AI universal.

China has demonstrated that it is far more interested in trade than war.
America has demonstrated the reverse.
So if it came to a choice I would go wth China
At least the Chinese government is a meritocracy with the chance of electing a "trump" absolutely nill
The government in the USA is in perpetual deadlock with the corporations and billionaires calling the shots.

Fortunately the USA is in decline and soon there will be no need to choose. It will be a no brainer.

I have news for you: China does not need you, or me for that matter. That just need our money for now.... And US will long remember unfriendly UK long after Trump is gone

The USA is on a downward path. It will almost certainly be a more dramatic one than Great Britain's was. as by and large most ex empire countries joined the Commonwealth wealth and kept trading.
In the case of The USA countries are discovering that the USA was only their friend as long as they did what they were told and remained a resource for the USA to plunder..
Trump has made that very clear. And proved that the USA is not a reliable partner in any way for any of them. It has even turned on Canada its most integrated and largest trading partner.

While the west is exceedingly frightened about the spectacular rise of China . A few are coming to realise that their own future wellbeing is tied to both trade and military friendship With China. This realisation is far more advanced in the middle east and global south.

the UK has not been unfriendly towards the USA, It is however no longer agreeable to lick their boots and asking how high they should jump.

The USA is essentially bankrupt with international and domestic debt that is unpayable. It only exists on the fact that some countries are willing to Keep buying American bonds Used to provide the funds needed to pay for the spending of the US government. The interest on these debts is becoming close to total cost of the annual GDP.
This is unsustainable.

While the NATO countries would come to the defence of the usa if attacked. It is no longer prepared to join in unprovoked and senseless wars like the USA's And Israel's war against Iran.
