I followed an article in a photo mag in how to set up a screen using Adobe Gamma.

It now looks much worse than before

Any tips on how to do it properly or how to return to default settings?

Everything looks too dark and colours are too saturated. Photo's viewed in photoshop or Raw shooter look fine until viewed online or using microsoft viewer.

Adobe Gamma is in your startup folder so if you remove it from there it should remove the profile associated with it. If not it may be possible to remove the profile and use a default one by going through your Windows display properties

I would run it again first though and check your setting and that you did everything correct as it is a great little program and usually imporves the results not makes them worse.
