Adobe Portfolio website

I have created couple of simple websites through this but started finding it a bit frustrating.
Did anyone find an easy way to incorporate carousel/slideshow for example? Adobe itself suggests using Adobe XD which is now in maintenance mode so you cant download it. Using part of google site looks a bit odd once you use embed option.So then wordpress? You have to learn it again how to , and I wasn't doing it for years.
Suggestions? Looking for a quick solution, not into digging in an entirely new realm now.

I've just gone with a basic scroll down the page, rather than a carousel - I find that it can be tricky to get carousels to display correctly across a range of different devices, so tend to avoid them anyway.
