I have recently upgraded my IMac to a new one and my copy of CS5 now no longer works because of OS Catalina being 64 bit.
i now use Affinity photo which will provide all my needs.
Question is can I remove CS5 to create more space on my drive?
Will removing CS5 still allow pics I have edited previously on my older IMac still be visible on my new one and other places they may be present?
Thanks in anticipation

Yes you can remove CS, either from the application manager from the top of your screen or from Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/ where you will find the uninstaller

No it will leave your images where they are.

If you have saved the edited files, Affinity Photo will have no problem reading (and saving) the usual Photoshop formats. Certainly, jpegs, tiffs and PSD files. You do not need Photoshop to be present for that.

Thanks for your quick and positive replies. Will now proceed to remove CS5

If you still have the CS5 disk it should give you the option to install 32 or 64 bit?
