Hi,recently got into photography and at the end of last year bougt my first DSLR ,I decided to buy at entry level even though friends of mine said i would inevitably upgrade.
I bought a Sony A230 with the 18-55 kit lens and added a Sony 75-300 f4.5-5.6 lens just after Christmas, now my dilema is do i buy better lenses for my Sony or do i upgrade to a body with a better sensor/more fps etc etc.
The majority of my pics are of the dogs running /wildlife and landscapes.
I keep being drawn to the Nikon D90 as that was the original camera i had in mind but didnt want to overspend in case i didnt take to photography.
Thanks.

Been down that road of having bought one brand and later wished I had bought what I really would have liked (and later bought).
Very, very expensive lesson learned.

Logic dictates that you should stick with what you have until you are sure the only way your pics can be improved is to get different kit (doubt if any of us truly get to that point).

Logic often is the first thing to go out of the window. Think it all boils down to you having enough disposable income to spend.
If you can afford the change you'll probably do what many do. Start with an idea of what you would like and eventually you will convince yourself it is a vital purchase.
