ive got tickets for the double header this weekend, ive never been to twickenham before, is it worth taking the camera and 70-200 lens ? or do i just take the compact and enjoy the day ? the rules for the stadium are not to clear "Private single lens reflex (SLR) cameras will be allowed in the stadium providing they are not equipped with a lens of such a size that it may cause a nuisance to other spectators" so does this mean no 70-200 ? advice appreciated

Take the compact and enjoy yourself.

I have seen people with 70-200's in the crowd, but I woudln't bother if I were you. You'll be fairly far away from the action most likely. Just enjoy it and then look at Getty if you want to see stills afterwards :)
