Hello loving my 450D I got with some advice of some people from here and am out quite a lot with it however I take it walking a lot and am finding lugging my large camera bag (camera and 2 lenses) rucksack and 3 year old son who sits on my shoulders during the walk a pain.

I would like a reomendation for a toplader I can put either on my belt or hang round my neck for a 450D and either the 18 - 55 or a 70 - 300 lens Tamron LD. I have a lens bag so the other will be in the rucksack jus trying to lighten the load a little.

Any advice would be most apprciated

not sure on your body size but the 10 will take my D60 and 18-55 and you can extend it. when extended I can fit D60 with either 70-300VR(hood reversed) or sigma 70-200 2.8(hood reversed). The bags are designed to hold body and lens snuggly and the quality is excellent. They are from the US and there is more info on there site(worth looking at)

I looked at the Slingshot but decided against it. Personal choice, but did not like the weight on one shoulder which is OK for short walks, the demo of how to remove your camera on the move looked a bit awkward, finally was worried that it would not fit a body with a large lens fitted.

So went for the Lowepro Mini Trekker which seemed to be a better bet (for me).

I think its too personal a choice - better off getting down to the local Jessops etc. and try them all out.
