I am just starting out professionally. I have done a few portrait jobs at local nurserys. I didnt charge to do shoots. All profits from prints i sell.
I went to a retirement party yesterday and was approached by someone
who wants me to take some portaits of her and her daughter who is visiting from Paris in the next few weeks. I also have friends asking me to do portraits of their children which is a tricky one pricing wise.
I am not sure sure how much to charge for a portrait session. Hourly/Set price? Also if i should charge per print or offer a package.
Any advice would be appreciated.
