Advice re. Ziess Hologon Ultrawide 10.0659

Hi,

I've been handed down to me a 1971 Ziess Hologon Ultrawide (10.0659), with interchangeable back piece (not sure what it official part name is), a leather bound Sangamo Weston Master 2 light meter, the hand trigger/tripod and instruction booklet etc.

I am unaware if it works, the shutter does, its condition is excellent, so would imagine it will be fine.

Does anyone know where would be best to get it checked out and possibly sell this sort of equipment? It has no use to me and has no sentimental value so thought maybe someone may appreciate it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You could try some of the classic camera specialists who advertise in magazines such as Amateur Photographer.

I'd read up on it first - its quite a rare camera. Peter Loy and Peter Walnes are both excellent, reputable second hand dealers, but a little background knowledge (which is very easy to search on the net for) will ensure you get the full value for it.
