Yes
a friends asked me to take some glamour type pics of about 4 models for a website he and a friend are setting up, (lucky me ;) :)... most the pics will be glamour, nude, partial nude, and maybe some full nude, i've no experience of taking such pictures as I normally do weddings and what not.

some guidance please, from start through to finish would be great...

I've already asked him to sort out a location for the shoot and try an get somewhere with good lighting, as I dnt have the indoor lighting equipment apart from the 580ex II and the 420 ex (I may buy some softboxes and brolleys and stands).

I have a 5D II, 24-105 f/4.0, 70-200 f/2.8 so I think I should be ok lenses wise...

most the pics will be poses, so i'll be doing some digging around and looking for poses for them to do.

otherwise not really spoken to him in depth as of yet.

he wants around 10 pics of each girl in varying poses for the site...

thanks for all and any input :) (and if I get permission i'll stick some pics up).

I guess as they are models they'll take direction fairly well.
I'd go out ot the location beforehand and just get to grips with using the lighting you have. Then go and have a good time doing the shoot.:)

how long have you got?

Do you know lighting at all? I used a mates 7d today and with those flashes an ST-E2 might stand you in good stead for reliable light?

I am sure there maybe be a few volunteers if you need help ooop north.....

If I had a studio, I would offer the use of it, just to be nice. Alas I don't. And I can't see the wife being happy with me inviting at least 6 random strangers to the house with a few to 4 of the ladies getting their kit off.
