Hello all and Happy New Season,
I've been keeping my eye in during the off season with a bit of rallying. Well, trying to anyway as rallying doesn't seem to agree with me. A stolen wallet on Wales Rally GB, cancellation of the Cambrian Stages, (after I was already in stage, cold and wet!) and intrusive and incompetent safety car drivers at Telford I'm beiging to think I lack the right temperament for Mud Plugging Motorsport. Anyway, when I wasn't being moved deeper into spectator areas or having marshals stand right in front of the camera I managed to grab these shots, some of which I actually like.
1) Its not just the rally cars that deserve fame and fortune. Plucky little Peugeot Faux By Fours should get noticed too! The 0 car.

2) The only properly rally obstacle on the stages was the water splash.

4) I know, no sense of motion, but I liked the use of the trees.And given that it was both old and british, it probably was waiting for the RAC anyway!

5) The only R2 car on the rally, and it didn't do particularly well either.

8) I was hoping for air but a marshal was in the way so I had to grab it once it had landed.
