A wee beastie spotted in the garden, quite a willing subject he was too :D. Not a great deal done to the pics, i think brightend a couple up a tad but thats about it.

I swear he's looking at me in all of them, check out the pupil in his eyes :thinking:

Cricket actually. No 3 is the best imo. All a wee bit too much flash for me.
 
Thanks for the advice, i'm still learning, only had the macro a couple of weeks. Guess i possibly did over do the flash / brightness a bit, never quite sure how far to go in PP :shrug:.

Cricket / grasshopper, shows my naivety all i knew was it was bouncy lol

Yep Bush cricket, they love humans and laptops.. at least the ones around here do

Easiest way to tell is Crickets have long thin antenae and Grasshoppers' are shorter and thicker(y)
 
I like the composition of the third - and the focus looks good in this one too.

I'd agree that the flash is a bit over-powering though.
 
Another vote for #3 as it looks like he is poking out his tongue at you in that shot :D
